Shipping Policy
How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery time is 10 to 21 business days:
- Processing time: 1-3 business days (confirmation, personalization, quality control, packaging)
- Delivery time: 10-21 business days (affected by the delivery location; includes the period from our international warehouse to your door)
You can track your order in "Track Your Order" in the menu.
Shipping Address
Orders are shipped directly from our international fulfilment partners. Goods are dispatched within 2-5 days of payment confirmation.
The standard delivery time is 10 to 21 business days, exceptionally up to 4 weeks.

Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number when your order is shipped.
Delivery Delays

Delivery Problems
If you cannot accept delivery, the carrier will leave a card with instructions.
If delivery is delayed by your unreasonable refusal, we may charge you costs.
Taxes and Duties
Our prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Vouchers and Discount Codes
Codes can be entered at checkout. Only one code per order. If the order is returned, the value of the voucher is not refunded.
