Refund & Returns Policy

At Victoria & Grace Huntsville we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their order. Please read this policy carefully. By placing an order, you accept the terms described below.
Returning Products
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery (include the tracking number).
After receipt, the purchase price will be refunded. All returns must be registered at info@victoriagracehuntsville.com.
I Have Received a Defective Item
If you have received a defective item, contact us immediately with:
— Your order number — Which item is damaged — A description of the problem — Photographic evidence
Claims for damaged packages must be made within 7 days of delivery.
We cannot issue a refund, voucher or replacement without proof of damage verified by our team.
I Have Received the Wrong Item
Contact us immediately with: — Your order number — The name of the item you did not receive — The name of the item you did receive — A photo of the item received
Exchanges
You cannot exchange items. If you wish to do so, return the product and order the correct one.
For Defective Products
If the product is defective or has been damaged during transit, no return fee will be charged.
If I Wish to Return the Item(s)
If you have ordered the wrong product, it does not fit, or you no longer want it, you are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping and the return receipt.
Damage from Personal Use
We do not accept returns for: — Misuse — Negligence — Incorrect washing or care
Only manufacturing defects are covered.
Exceptions — Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene reasons: — Underwear — Lingerie — Swimwear worn without a hygienic liner — Other sealed hygiene items
Return Address
The exact address will be provided by email after approval. Our warehouse is located overseas.
We inform you before ordering: the package must be sent to this international address.
Taxes and Duties on Returns
Any duties, taxes or customs charges that may apply are your responsibility and are not included in the price. In rare cases, depending on your location and the carrier, such charges may apply.
Victoria & Grace Huntsville is not a business registered or incorporated in Canada. The company operating this store is registered in the Netherlands.
Refund Procedure
After inspection, you will receive notification by email. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Delayed or Missing Refunds

Return Costs
— The costs are borne by the customer — Shipping to the overseas warehouse — Any customs duties and fees are borne by the customer — We recommend shipping with tracking — We are not responsible for losses in transit
Early Refund
As our goods are shipped from overseas, transit times may be longer. An early refund is possible at the earliest 16 weeks after placing the order, if the goods have not been received.
Order Cancellation
You must notify us within 24 hours. After this period, we may refuse the cancellation if the order is already processed.
As we work with an automated system, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery. A refund before receipt is only possible up to 24 hours after the order is placed.
