Ten years ago, we opened a small shop on a quiet street in Huntsville, Ontario just the two of us, a handful of pieces we genuinely loved, and the lake breeze drifting in through the open door.
We didn't have a grand plan. We had taste, instinct, and a stubborn belief that the women of Muskoka deserved a place that dressed them properly. Pieces that lasted. Fabrics that felt good. Clothes that fit real lives, not just photoshoots.
What started as a tiny storefront slowly became a place of warmth of fabrics, of conversations, of regulars who started as customers and became friends.
Ten years later
The years went quickly. Seasons came and went. The shop grew, the styles evolved, and the women who walked through our door kept teaching us what they really wanted: comfort, beauty, and pieces they could actually wear.
There were hard years too. Quiet winters. Uncertain springs. But every morning, my sister was already there, pulling pieces, steaming dresses, believing.
One evening she looked around and said quietly, "Victoria, this place still feels like home."
